Elena Auer is currently a second-year doctoral student at Old Dominion University working in the TNT Lab under Dr. Richard Landers. Her research interests include the use of innovative technology in selection and methodology (natural language processing, automatic interview/resume scoring, gamification, unproctored internet testing, etc.). She graduated from The George Washington University in 2016 where she earned a B.A. in Psychology and Organizational Sciences with an I-O concentration.
